IMG_1107Colleen Wynn is a doctoral candidate in sociology at the University at Albany, SUNY. Originally from Louisville, KY, she holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Western Kentucky University.

Her dissertation is a three-fold study examining residential segregation, housing turnover, and neighborhood connection by race/ethnicity and family structure.

Her research interests include urban sociology, families and households, demography, and housing. She took comprehensive exams in Urban Sociology and Demography with a specialization in Families and Households. Her teaching interests include introductory sociology, research methods, urban sociology, family sociology, and demography.
